We’re about 2 blocks from the beach and less than a half a mile from the pier. It\`s a quiet, upscale beach neighborhood with lots of families and retired people. There are many multi-million dollar homes. The area is known to be home of many LA Kings players. Walking distance to tons of GREAT restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores. North End Bar & Grill is a local favorite with incredible prices and food. Walk Score rates the neighborhood \`Very Walkable and Very Bikeable\`, and if you wanted you wouldn\`t need to drive anywhere. \-Several Beach Rental shops are less than a mile away for bikes and boards you can rent (Jeffers, Next Adventure) \-The property is technically a triplex because there is a duplex behind the house on the alley entrance, but there are no shared walls and they each have their own areas and separate entrances. There is no air conditioning. It was a little warm during the day when temperatures were near 80°. The evenings were fine. The location is spectacular. It is a short walk to the beach. It’s an easy commute into town. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. There is no dedicated parking and for the most part that was not a problem as we were often able to find a spot within a couple of blocks, but something to be aware of.
