Host will meet you within a 2-hour window of your choice and walk you through building and house rules. Laundry: \- Machines are not in the unit. They are in the laundry room in the building complex. Coin-operated machines, see photo. Several ($5-10) dollars per wash and dry load. Electricity costs: Up to $150 per month is covered. You are responsible for any excess usage upon checkout. It is plenty and you won't exceed the limit unless you leave AC/heater on for most of the day.
