Property mngr arrived 30 min. late PAST check-in time! Couldn’t access garage, forced 2 pay metered pkng while waiting, asks us not to mention using VRBO in lobby -it’s obviously against building policy. Lobby tells us the rooftop deck area, pool, BBQ, etc.., was closed/no access (the #1 reason we booked it. Was not disclosed in listing) HUGE bummer! 4:30pm un-friendly “guy” arrives in a wife-beater tank/not presentable w/zero apologies, says there’s only 1 park space not 2 as stated in listing. Asks 2 drive him 2 parking garage becuz he has key fob 2 enter, tells rest of us 2 wait outside. Meanwhile we must find other parking now for 3cars (metered prkng on street ends @ 6p) The ONLY avail parking nearby charges 22 per 12 hrs. Park in structure at 6P, leave at 11A, UR charged 2X 45ea! We paid 135 xtra 2 park 3 cars for 1 night! There is NO FREE parking ANYWHERE NEARBY & they DON'T offer 2 secured assigned garage spaces. FALSE! By the time we got inside it was 4:45P. Maid still there; ALL towels soaking wet in dryer. Becuz the 1 & ONLY key fob is same key fob 4 garage & ALL access doors 4 building, incl: elevators, it is anything but hassle-free. STRESSFUL. no ice make, no iron. Nice beds, clean, good Cust Service, good location, nice view,
