The room was not in good condition. The sofa was old, ripped, and torn in some places. The carpet is old. The cookware was in not in good condition. For the price, the conditions should be pristine.

The parking lot is gated and required a key to access, while understood it is a bit inconvenient.

I like the hotel, is clean, good area, safe My only concern is about the $500 deposit I think is too high when another hotels is 100 deposit Besides that stuff was really nice and helpful same the ladies at the breakfast buffet, good complementary breakfast btw

I like the location, it's close to the airport, quite, and has a Target very close. Why i didn't like was that the property its kind of old, and you would hear everything from other guests.

Nice, but the deposit is a shocker
It was a nice apartment style hotel but that extra $500 deposit was the most I have paid anywhere and I travel quite a bit. For that sort of price point, I could have stayed at a 5 star.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to shopping malls and the ocean. The gym is very well equipped and clean. We only missed the fire place in the room, and happy-hour day that otherwise other residence inn facilities offer.

The free breakfast at this hotel was great. They have the standard fare of eggs, sausage/bacon, waffles, cereal, but they had a unique hot item each day- a cheese soufflé, a frittata, etc… The oatmeal station had every topping you could ever want, think there were about 10. What really stood out was the staff running the breakfast. Every morning someone came to your table to ask how everything was. They were friendly, engaging in conversation as they restocked items. They took great pride in their work which really stood out to me. Location was good, short drive to the pier. The room had the space we needed, but is in need of an update.

We had a wonderful stay. The only problem was the upstairs neighbors. They stomped on the floor all night and we got no sleep our last night. Its a bad idea to get a downstairs room.

This hotel was fine for what we needed, my two issues I had was the following. They charged me per day parking fees… I found that ridiculous. My other issue is. Someone was smoking near one of the rooms and the smell was pouring into my room.

Pretty good overall.
A dead spider smashed on a shower wall in our room remained there throughout our stay from before we arrived. Put a dampener on our feelings about cleanliness. Room was very dark but well put together and functional. Weird to have no safe. Breakfast good and the cooks/servers lovely. Front desk were fine though one didn’t know if the y had safety deposit boxes which seemed odd.

We booked this property at the last minute as we had an extra night in LA due to a flight cancellation and it was handy to the airport. The Inn was well equipped and the staff super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast
