There is one tandem parking spot assigned to the unit located on the left side of the garage. You can park on the street as well. There is ample street parking. Please observe the street signs regarding parking hours and street cleaning times as tickets are expensive.

This unique architectural 2 bedroom with a sleeping loft townhome, overlooking the famous Lighthouse Bridge, is nestled in the heart of the Marina Peninsula. Meticulously designed with the addition of local artwork, the home offers the perfect blend of luxury and coastal living. The residence is just steps from the pristine sands of Venice Beach and the protected bird sanctuary of the tranquil canals, providing an unparalleled experience in one of the most sought-after locations in Southern California.  
  
The large kitchen features sleek quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it ideal for those nights when you want to stay in and cook. The spacious dining area is perfect for up to six guests to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.  
  
The master bedroom and guest room each feature a queen-sized bed, while the sleeping loft offers a trundle bed that comfortably accommodates two. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Additionally, the convenience of a washer and dryer located on the third floor adds extra ease to daily living.  
  
For those who need to work from home, there are two dedicated workspaces and high-speed internet, ensuring you have everything you need to be productive.
