A private 300 sq ft terrace, sheltered by an impressive sandstone wall, provides a perfect spot for outdoor relaxation.  
  
The kitchen is very well equipped! A light and airy bedroom with a queen-size bed offers a fully mirrored closet and to the ceiling windows. High-speed Wi-Fi available throughout and an open living room has a futon sofa bed and a smart TV. Dedicated parking is conveniently located adjacent to the suite’s private ground-floor entrance.  
  
Hummingbird Gardens offers a private, sophisticated bohemian escape for solo travelers, couples, or small families. Enjoy our vibrant local culture, easy access to beaches of Malibu, Santa Monica and the conveniences of Woodland Hills and Calabasas. Just a five-minute walk from the property brings you to the entrance of Topanga State Park, our wonderful outdoor fitness facility.
