Alternatively, you’re welcome to purchase one nearby, and we’ll reimburse you promptly with a photo of the receipt. Location was great! The host responded quickly. Cons: No microwave or blender. No small towels in showers or bathroom rugs so water got all over the floor. Our stay started out bad from the arrival. We arrived at the check in time and we didn’t have the check in codes so couldn’t get in. Finally after being on the phone for about 30 min, we find out that the cleaners were inside still cleaning. We couldn’t properly check in for almost 3 hours later. My entire family of 12 people. We’re all waiting outside for 1.5 hours while both units were being cleaned. I had never experienced this. Then, all the closets in the main house were somewhat broken. The closet door in the main house completely came off and almost knocked my head. The master bathroom had mold on the baseboards and smelled off. Here is a list of the problems my family couldn’t stop complaining to me about.
