Smoking in an inappropriate place on the property or in the house- 700$ fine. Second time- cancellation of the booking. 8\. Pets are not allowed. Penalty 1500$. 9\. Using the Jacuzzi at night, after working hours(9 am-10pm) fine 250$. 10\.
