The property is on a quiet street across from a golf course in a residential neighborhood, but in the flight path of the Santa Monica Airport so small plane traffic noise is heard only during the day. The bathroom is a bit small and with limited shelf/counter space for toiletries. I thought that was fun. There are a couple of places to sit outside but it happened to be cool so we didn't use them, but they would have been nice on the right day. You have complete privacy. While the owners are next door - you have a completely private entry. Park on 21st (as in front of the place is no parking).
