Excellent 24 hour airport shuttle, even when my flight arrived at 930pm, I was safe and taken care of. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and attentive. There was a very long line and the staff handled the line like champions. I will definitely make this my stop in La for a long layover. I stayed one night and took a hot tub bath and slept in a comfortable king size bed and the shuttle transported me back to the airport today refreshed and ready for my flight to HNL, then on to ITO.

The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous even as they had a rush of check ins from the shuttle. The shuttle to/from LAX was also a great money saver. It is actually on the third floor (not 2nd as indicated during booking) and it’s a fairly long walk to the red sign. But it’s there ;) The on premise restaurant was handy and nice bartender.

The bed was comfortable, but had problems with heat and air conditioning, sink didn’t hold water, shower suddenly dropped from hot to cold, handle on toilet very loose. Not impressed, most likely would not return Liked the lounge area for waiting on flight and shuttle to airport.

The hotel staff at the front desk was helpful. The hotel room was not very clean especially the bathroom. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the room. The rates for this hotel were too high for a room not to be very clean and the bathroom to be even cleaner. The hotel needs better housekeeping. It was not worth the money I spent on this room.

Employees were all very nice. I felt extra safe with the security outside and that walk around the parking garage. The bar tender was really nice too. Close to several rent a car places that made it easy to rent a car without having to Uber everywhere and the shuttle services to and from the airport was so handy Only thing that was bad was the musty smell of the room and the toilet getting clogged twice.

Stayed with 2 kids for 2 nights while visiting LA. The room was very spacious and clean. Excellent water pressure and good WiFi. Felt safe in the area, though we only went to a few places nearby. McDonald's on the property was convenient as the hotel breakfast is expensive. If you are using this as a base for visiting LA as we were, it takes much longer to get anywhere due to the crazy traffic in LA. All hours of the day and night it never let up. There were some bad reviews about this place. If you are looking for clean, quiet and safe you don't have to spend more money to go to a higher end hotel chain.

There was only 1 shuttle running to and from the airport while other hotels had multiple. Waited 30 minutes for a shuttle to pick up at airport. No insulation in the hotel walls and could hear everything in surrounding rooms.
