Friendly Staff But Would Not Stay Again
I was disappointed by this hotel - it’s beautiful on the outside in a great location but the rooms are in terrible shape; not just outdated but pretty much falling apart, the light fixtures in my room were broken as were other details (namely a long piece of metal from the mirror that was hanging down uncomfortably). I also found a used earplug in the middle of the floor. The front desk staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly but it didn’t make up for the overall shabbiness of the room. I would not stay there again except in an emergency and I believe the current star rating of 4 stars is inaccurate and too high.
