The hotel staff are very nice. I like free parking and free internet of the hotel, but there is no bottle water in the room.

Big let down

Cons: Staff need some insight into their dealing with customers
Location: Great location for LAX.
Good location but staff were a big let down. It was the first time I had felt so unwelcomed in a hotel of any size. Almost as if they forgot they are in the hospitality business. Had a problem with check in where I was essentially ignored even though the room was ready. Same when phoning the front desk. Kept on hold for 15 min plus. When I queried the long wait was told the policy was to deal with customers at the desk while keeping calls on hold!

Great hotel and wonderful customer service. However, the bed is outdated and a little too soft. The bathtub is a little small.

First room was tacky and the Airconditioning and safe did not work. They sent maintenance up and we had to sit and wait while he tried to fix both. This was at nearly 11 at night. We had to ask for another room as they were not fixable. Second room was much nicer and larger.

Great stay in LA

This was a great stay, fantastic hotel accommodations and extremely friendly staff. My only complaint is that for a hotel his good the shower / restroom in the rooms are very outdated. The shower did have some mold that should possibly only needs to be thoroughly clean. If you are paying over $200 per night the least you can expect is a clean shower and everything fully operational. Shower heads, hand washing faucets are all loose and need to be replaced. Hotel room was very nice and with new modern updates, stayed in a one king suite with fridge, led tv, great desk are for work and conferrable couch.

Pros: 空港までのシャトルバス
Location: 色々な飲食店と24時間営業のスーパーなどが徒歩圏内です。地下鉄の駅も近いです。
空港までのシャトルバスは、電話をかけると迎えに来てくれました。 クッキーの絵の描いてあるバスで、送迎バスが多いロサンゼルス空港でもすぐに分かりました。 シャトルバスは、滞在期間中 何度も乗っていいそうです。 スタッフも、みなさん とても感じのいい方ばかりで、シャトルバスの絵の温かいクッキーで迎えてくれました。 14時ころ着きましたが、そのままチェックインさせてくれて、一休みしてからサンタモニカへ観光に行きました。 かた言英語の私たちの質問に一生懸命答えてくれて助かりました。 少し歩けば、スーパーや食事をするところも色々あります。 ダウンタウンやハリウッドまでは、観光するのには距離がありますが、人数が4人だった事もあって、空港からダウンタウンのホテルまで大きなトランクを持って、大きなシャトルを有料で手配するより、私たちは、こちらのホテルを拠点に動いた方が楽でした。
