I need something close to the airport so this is perfect. Shuttle is great and runs very often. Staff is nice and helpful. There isn’t much shopping to do. 3 restaurants inside but I walked to the nearby hotel to get donuts and Starbucks. Close to car rental place which is another reason I picked this hotel

Enjoyed our short stay. It's convenient and it was great to have a bar and restaurant downstairs.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS FACILITY. “Urgent” water maintenance has left patrons without water/bathroom use and no refund issued as well as promptly informing us of an issue until physically at the hotel. My Accommodations also did not match the reservation. Poor management left patrons with water bottles as the lone solution with the hopes that the issue would be rectified by the morning.

Resort fee charge even only went there to sleep and fly out at 6am; checked in 9pm
Mattresses seems old sinking in middle and squeaky/cracking noise , uncimfortable

Hotels, clean excellent food in the restaurants friendly people at the front desk. It’s all it takes.

The front desk customer service representatives were horrible. I was standing next in line while 2 reps completely ignored me while doing something else. When I inquired if they could assist, it was as if I was bothering them. Therefore, it intentionally took longer to be assisted.
Also, I received 3 different prices for an extended stay. Not sure why the price was inconsistent.

We were in transit, from an international flight to a domestic the next day. The location close to LAX airport is ideal.

Nice hotel convenient to the airport. You are stuck eating the hotel food which is good but limited and expensive.

Toilet didn’t work properly, there was some nails between the carpet and ceramic tiles hurt myself , bathroom area was dirty and the entire area looked old for a “4-star hotel”

Friendly and helpful staff, airport shuttle access. The room we had was in need of updating- rust stains in the tub, scratches on furniture, carpet in need of shampoo, and worn out office chair. It was fine for one night, but for the price, would have liked something a little bit cleaner and newer.

The staff was very welcoming and the food and drink options were fabulous. The only complaint I have is the parking. I recommend either doing Valet parking or asking the Valet where the Self-Parking is located. They don't have visible signs but they share the parking structure with other hotels and parking is on the 3rd floor and up. $25 per in and out parking or $50 total during your stay.

My new favorite place to stay near the LAX airport. We stayed for only one night, a stopover between long flights. We were hungry and so happy to have beers and food at the tap house that has a great, big menu for weary travelers. Bartender made such great cocktails and our server was top notch. The beds!!! Hands down the best I’ve slept in for a long time. Outstanding text communication all along the way. Knew exactly where to go for shuttle service. Love this place and the staff and the location close to LAX!

Unfriendly reception staff. They did not have my reservation from expedia and charged 400 dollars security deposit which they are supposed to refund in 7-14 days!!!! Awful
