This gorgeous and unique apartment it’s one of kind, facing the water in both sides the pool front of the apartment and behind it are the ocean located in famous Marina del Rey the biggest marina in the world . Amazing location walking distance from the beach and grocers like trader Joe’s, Ralph’s shopping center like REI restaurant shake shakes and high-end restaurant, you can’t beat the location , and there is bike bath behind the building that can take you all the way to Manhattan Beach , Redondo Beach if you head south or north to Vince Beach,Santa Monica also cross the street are mothers beach unique place where there is restaurant ice cream crêpes coffee places what make it special is you could rent jetSki or they have almost every day boat parties also Transportation boat ride between the marina area for only $1 .  
  
The apartment it’s huge 1200 ft.² very spacious with the brand new furniture And appliances.  
Inside The living room it come with 2 new electric sofa, recliner that can be a bed with usb charger, smart TV 55” including Netflix and has plenty of storage including walking closet , the kitchen is massive. It has bar dining area come with 4 high chairs , large fridge, Dishwasher , microwave, electric stove , and all the cooking appliances , coffee maker, water kettle ,toaster   
The bathroom is a huge with bathtub separate doors with the toilet also inside the bathroom are the washer &dryer , the bedroom are huge comes with second walk-in closet and adjustable office desk That can go up if you you decide not to sit down , the mattress are very comfortable it’s bamboo pillow side mattress, queen size and the bedroom have pool view as well , the balcony are huge facing the pool and it has access from the living room or bedroom it come with two chair and coffee table , it’s gorgeous place for family or business trip ,   
long-term stay are welcome , party & gathering load noise prohibited no invite from the outside or illegal visitors
