Very comfortable mattresses. Clean. Lovely residential neighborhood \[devoid of pedestrians- it is LA\] Multiple cafes and markets within walking distance. If you like the herb there is a dispensary close @ hand. The T. V really works. Downsides are manageable if you know about them. No pole lamps or table lamps in the bedrooms. Only one night stand per bedroom. You need to bring a a small lamp that fits over the headboard otherwise the overhead light is not good for reading in bed. Only one towel per person for 4 nights. No face towels and no paper or cloth kitchen towels. No holder for the bathroom toilet paper. No ice cube tray or ice maker. No top sheet in the bed. If you don't have a cell phone and/or app it's hard to reach the owner.
