King room was spacious and roomy with a nice balcony. Front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Hot breakfast was wonderful with made-to-order omelets.

The location was clean and relatively modernized. The staff was friendly, and my room was always made and cleaned every day. Whoever cleaned my room everyday did an outstanding job! I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again!

Dirty, so unbelievably loud at night- the walls are PAPER thin!! There was still trash in our room from previous guest. The hallways and stairwells were dirty and felt unsafe. So disappointed.

Property is fine and usually where we stay when we visit Simi Valley. Showed up at check-in time and room still wasn’t ready. Had to wait additional 20 minutes for room to be cleaned and even then had no toilet paper and two towels for family of 4. Will probably stay there again due to lack of options but not the best of hotels

Our standard check-in time is at 3 PM. We do our best to get rooms ready as quickly as possible but at times, we are limited to what we can do. I hope you understand. As far as the missing toilet paper, I apologize. I will make sure to let our housekeeping supervisor know of your concerns to have our housekeepers keep a better eye out. As for the towels, we put a set of two in all the rooms and because we gave you the first room that was available AND clean, we were not able to update the number of guests for the reservation. I apologize for the inconvenience. I will make sure to try and keep better tabs on your concerns and make each and every visit in the future a great one. We arrived lat night, too tired to carry bags up the stairs. We were reaccomidated with a lower level room which made it much easier for us.
