Great family long stay
We stayed for 2 months with our son and his wife with their newborn son. Beautiful property with a comfortable long stay. Angela was very attentive and attended to all our requests!

Excellent Property in Hollywood
We had a fantastic stay!! We had multiple family members in town for our daughter’s graduation. Everyone had a wonderful time. Property was great and the homeowner was extremely friendly and and super accessible. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay near Hollywood.

Wonderful!
Had the best weekend celebrating my 31st birthday with family and a few friends at this gorgeous Los Feliz property! Angela is a dream of a host, extremely communicative and even brought me a cake which was incredibly kind and generous. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was a dream to cook in, can’t say enough good things about this property!

Perfect home, perfect location, perfect host!
Wow, what a perfect stay! I had a work trip over the New Year's holidays and needed a central but quiet location for myself and 2 work colleagues to retreat to after each day's work over the holidays. The home is beautiful, spacious, incredible backyard and pool, every room has it's own bathroom, so everyone could retreat peacefully to their own room to get away. Amazing chef's kitchen and outdoor BBQ, well stocked with everything you need. Angela, the host, was always available for any question and assisted with everything, easy check in and check out, help with pool temps, and always immediate to respond. Can't recommend the house or host more! Thank you Angela!

A Great House in a Great Location
We had three families coming together in LA for Thanksgiving and it was the perfect rental. Great hikes right in the backyard, good restaurants and grocery stores nearby, about 40 mins from the beach and plenty of room to spread out inside and out. Oh, and the owners were super easy to work with - great communication.

Amazing house, minimalistic.
The owner was 100% with us, she replied immediately to us. The strength of this house is the social space. It has windows everywhere. Kitchen is not full equipped. Stores very close by. Amazing location

Perfect in every way
If I could give Angela 10 stars I would. Not only is the property as beautiful as pictured, but her hospitality rivaled that of a five-star resort. She answered my many questions as I planned my birthday celebration quickly and was eager to ensure I had the best experience ever AND I arrived to a welcome birthday cake upon check-in. Needless to say she exceeded my every expectation. I highly recommend this property and of course Angela.

Wonderful!
This home is exactly as advertised. The home is clean and spacious and the outdoor space is incredible. We had 2 full days at the pool and grilled out twice. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. I spent a fabulous weekend celebrating my 50th w girlfriends here and would not hesitate recommending the home to others.

Amazing experience
Angela was such a pleasure to deal with. She had everything we could need from towels to air mattresses to a full spice rack. The property is gorgeous, clean, and located in a beautiful area. I would definitely recommend this house! We were 14 women for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! Can’t rave about it enough!

Great house for big groups
This home is beautiful and has lots of open space indoors and out for everyone to enjoy. Great house for big groups. We had a family gathering for my mother’s 70th birthday - children from 3 years old to adults in their 80s. Everyone had a wonderful time. Angela was very nice, thoughtful and responsive. She also left us a yummy fruit cake. The house and pool were very clean. Unfortunately the check in process wasn’t so smooth but all in all, this place is worth the stay. We’ll be back at some point.

Convenient, relaxing oasis for all your LA needs
We spent the weekend celebrating my husband’s birthday and hoped to relax, hike, and spend time with good friends. The property has ample space and privacy for multiple families. It has a beautiful and private backyard space for meals and pool time. We easily hiked to Griffith Observatory and walked to a grocery store and restaurants. There was no need to drive anywhere. Angela hand delivered a cake to begin our lovely weekend. I would stay again in the future.

Fantastic House!
Beautiful interior with plenty of room for all 16 of us, ages 18-83. Ideal outdoor space as well. We especially loved the roomy large seating area around the outdoor fire pit! Angela was very responsive and accommodating, as well. Thank you!

Los Feliz Phenomenal!
This home is incredible. Massive and super clean, we rented it for my daughter's wedding in LA. We also hosted a post-wedding brunch here with plenty of sitting areas inside and smooth flow outside to the pool/spa sitting areas. Pool and spa were immaculate and Angela was always in communication with us. This rental is perfect for families and larger groups I HIGHLY recommend it. Thanks Angela!

Beautiful large group relaxation house
Angela was great to work with and was easy going and She greeted us with a box of chocolates. A group of 13 of us rented this for 4 days and was more then big enough ! She’ll allow early check-in if she can . Check in was at 4 and she let us in at 12:30 . The outside bbq/pool/hot tub area was amazing and had plenty of towels for the four days as well as enough for the house and sheets and pillows . She’ll respond right back to you if you needed anything as well . Overall was amazing stay and would recommend it .

Amazing time with friends and family
My husband-to-be and I decided to rent this place the weekend of our wedding so that the entire wedding party could stay together in one place. It was able to fit EVERYONE (roughly 18 people) with room to spare and was an absolute dream. The entire house was clean, up dated with the best furniture/appliances, and so fun. Street parking was great, there wasn’t noise (even though the house next door was being renovated) and there was tons of natural light coming into the house. I especially loved the kitchen. It was large enough for 10 people to cook without running into each other. Plus an amazing outdoor patio and pool area. The only reason why we didn’t give this house a 5 star was because the pool and spa were not working (which is half of the reason why we had booked this house- specifically because it could hold 20ish people to have a pool party). However, the home owner was incredibly sweet and 1000% accommodating. We LOVED her. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to enjoy a fun, classy place in LA with a large group.

Gorgeous, spacious and spotless property!
Our family stayed here for a wedding. We held the post wedding family brunch right here on site. It was perfect, with about 35 attendees. Much of what we needed was already on site. A quick trip to Party City filled in the rest and we left it behind for future guests. The rest of the time was more low key with lots of space to hang out and work on a puzzle. The kitchen was perfect and had everything you would need, including spices. The down stairs bedroom was perfect for my parents with a bathroom across the hall, leaving four more huge bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs for the rest of us. The outdoor grounds were beautiful, including the fire pit, hot tub and pool. Angela was super responsive and the cake she left for us was yummy, Very close to Universal studios, Burbank, Hollywood, etc. We’d come back! Only thing we would have changed was the weather....hoped for sun, had torrential rain.

Perfect Getaway!
We just got back from our stay at Angela's home for the weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday. We could not have asked for a more perfect experience! The home was immaculately decorated with high end furnishings, the beds were beyond comfortable, and the outside area felt like our own secluded oasis. The location of the home was also perfect and we were within 15 mins of anywhere we wanted to go. There were plenty of seating areas for our group of 12 as well as plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms where we never felt crowded. On top of it, Angela could not have been a better host. She was responsive before our stay and always a text away for anything we needed during our stay. She even came by to introduce herself and show us around and answer any questions shortly after we checked in. And she sweetly left a delicious chocolate cake in the refrigerator for us to celebrate my birthday. We highly recommend this home especially for larger groups who are looking for a comfortable, beautiful, spacious place to stay. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again. Thank you Angela for an unforgettable stay!

Very nice house with some minor glitches
Angela's place is very nice! You'll find that all the bedrooms are spacious, the common areas are huge, and the numerous bathroom are very nice. Also, the location is very convenient, as you're just steps from Griffith Park and central Los Feliz. Angela is very responsive, but I don't think the Owner has lived in that house for a long time (if ever). Our one gripe with the house is that there are a few minor things wrong that someone would notice if they lived there. For example, it's impossible to heat the pool and hot tub at the same time, the (loud) sprinklers go off at 4:30am, a couple lights were burnt out, and the dishwasher rack was broken. But overall, our group of families had a great time during our stay, and we'd be happy to stay there again.

My family and I had an amazing time at this gorgeous los feliz home . We had 14 people and the house had plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone . The backyard was so nice and relaxing. I loved that it backed up against griffith park. Just a two min walk to the trails. It was great to hike in the mornings- The park was beautiful . Angela, the host was so sweet and accomodating. She was always available for any questions that i had, and even left us a welcome cake in the fridge, which was delicious . I highly recommend this house. You wont be dissapointed ..its stunning !

Clean, confortable and perfect
I had a great time hosting my sisters bachelorette party here. Anglea was hospitable and has a beautiful home. The number of rooms and bathrooms were perfect for a large group of girls. The open layout in the kitchen/living room/back yard was perfect for entertaining. We enjoyed the hot tub and the chef she recommended. I hope to be renting from her again.

Gorgeous house!
I planned a bachelorette weekend with 14 girls and it was more than enough space. Angela provides 4 queen sized air mattress and we only needed to use 2 of them. The house is beautiful and spacious, and the outside pool/hot tub and cabana area is gorgeous. I wish we had more time to spend in the house! Also Angela is very responsive and a gracious host! She even left us a delicious cake to help us celebrate the weekend. We had the best time and I would definitely come back!

Beautiful Home with first class amenities!
Rented the house for my son’s College graduation. Family came down from the Bay Area . Ample room for everyone, huge kitchen. Loved the backyard, only wished the pool was heated because it’s been a rainy, cloudy couple of days in Los Angeles. The owner Angela is very accommodating, left a Graduation cake from Whole Foods. Very nice, classy touch! If we have a family reunion of some sort in the area. Would love to stay here again. I highly recommend this house.

Girls Weekend
We had a great plan of girls and pool time for the weekend, that got rained out and was so cold! Angela welcomed us with a cake, and made sure to keep the hot tub warm and we had a wonderful staycation with the ladies anyway. The kitchen is big and beautiful, we were able to cook, together, went out to a cool burlesque bar walking distance away, and act like a bunch of 12 year olds at a sleep over again for the weekend. The space is wonderful and we definitely want to come back when the sun is shining!

Angela was awesome; I rented her place for my birthday along w/14 others & we had plenty of space. She even gave me a gift knowing that it was my birthday. The house is beautifully decorated & has all amenities one would need to relax. I will say the picture make the home (esp the pool) look bigger than it truly is & some of my plans had to be rearraigned d/t the 10pm noise ordinance, however Angela worked with me greatly to come up w/a “plan B” and make my birthday a memorable event! Awesome & fair host!

Amazing house with gorgeous backyard and pool area. Fantastic grill and gazebo. Perfect for events!
Angela was super welcoming and helpful in getting us situated when we got in. She showed us around and gave us the lay of the land, and then left to let us settle in. The house itself is very large, many rooms upstairs and downstairs, with included washer and dryer. Pool is a great size, and gets shade in the late afternoon so you can avoid burning, and hot tub gets toasty, especially great to enjoy at night. Landscaping is on point, the outside areas are gorgeous. There are plenty of rooms for guests, and the house has included four airbeds to sleep additional people. You can fit a lot in this place, as there is a lot of space even in the living room and den area next to the dining room. Extra long couches provide additional sleeping space, should anyone need. The house also has a gorgeous gazebo with included fire pit! Feel free to bring smores and roast them by the fire. Be aware it's a gas stove, so it won't have that lovely wood-fired flavor, but still, that's a great addition. The house is very conveniently located, very close (walkable) to a Ralphs and also close to Thai Town, which provides some amazing eats, even late night, if you should so choose. Angela was very supportive and responsive through text, although she wouldn't allow us to control the outdoor lights or the hot tub/pool heater, and requested that we notify her through text since she would always be by her phone and immediately available. Unfortunately, more than once, we were left waiting and had to figure things out ourselves (once she didn't respond for 3 hours) so I hope that in the future this improves. Also there was a house party next to us that was super loud, but that wasn't a problem. These two houses are made to have fun in! Overall though, a great experience and would definitely choose this house again. It's perfect for a family retreat or a party!
