It is a flat building apartment consisting of 2 rooms, A and B. The 2 individually locked apartments share a common gate for entry and exit, making it very secure. My group and I really enjoyed our stay, but the listing claims 6 people could sleep at the property and 5 was a squeeze since there are only two rooms. If you're not a group of college students willing to squish, I would recommend this listing for a smaller group unless you have children or guests willing to sleep on the floor.
