The additional three bedrooms are also beautifully designed with new furniture and large beds. This is a very comfortable family home in a really wonderful neighborhood. The location was convenient to highways and getting to all of the places we needed to be in a decent amount of time (knowing how bad LA traffic is at times!) The house is just a couple blocks off the main strip in Sherman Oaks where there are a number of neighborhood (not chain) restaurants, drug stores and groceries. It made it very convenient. We also felt very safe in the neighborhood. The house has been updated and done rather well. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need with regards to plates, dishes, pots, etc. New appliances. TVs in all 4 bedrooms was nice - however a couple of the remotes were dead and we had to borrow them from room to room. The bathrooms were well supplied with nice towels and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The only criticism I would have is that the ensuite for the master was incredibly small. I think the master was a converted family room, so it may have been a powder room at one time and a shower installed. Communication with the owner was very good - she was very responsive.
