The well equipped kitchen and multiple socializing areas indoors and outdoors allowed us to host a meet and greet with the in-laws-to-be in settings ranging from jovial (kitchen) to quiet and reflective (cottage patio). Charles was an excellent and caring host, with uniformly quick and helpful responses to all inquiries from pre-booking through checkout. In all aspects, everything was as advertised. His home is charming with all the craftsman style of the homes of that era, but a nicely updated kitchen. The bedrooms fit our party of 8 friends perfectly for our 3 day stay. He is a thoughtful host with all of his personal touches, too. If we have another chance to rent Charle's home again, for another event, I will be so happy to do so!
