La Canal is a beautiful large bastide, built in 1760\. Its thick walls keep the house cool during the hot summer months. The house has been restored to a high standard, by its designer owner, to give great comfort and space for 4 people. There is a huge terrace in front of the house, shaded by ancient mulberry trees, from which one has splendid views to the distant Maures. You can walk through the mature walled 2 1/2 acre garden and wild flower meadow straight into the village, no driving to all those lovely restaurants! The magnificent 14 metre salt water pool is tucked away in a secluded part of the garden.
