"Es wurde ein Luxusapartment in einer Naturistensiedlung angeboten. Es stellte sich heraus, dass es sich um eine heruntergekommende Anlage und besonders das Apartment in einer ungünsigen Position ohne Grün und wenig Sonneneinstrahlung handelte. Im Wohnraum gab es keine Toilette. Der Aufgang zum Schlafraum hatte keinerlei Haltemöglichkeiten , keine Geländer im gewendelten Aufgang. Bei der Frage nach Vollständigkeit der Küche fiel das Fehlen eines Behälters zum Kaffeebereiter auf, die dann mit...

"Ubicación buena ya que es céntrico pero acceso muy difícil hasta el apartamento, ya que son calles sin salida y estrechas, tienes que llegar desde la principal andando y el acceso tiene muchas escaleras. No puedes llegar en coche hasta la misma puerta. Limpieza regular, menaje de cocina escaso y muy viejo, baño con malos olores. "
