"True five star stay!! It was nicer than the photos. They had everything we needed and more. We will be back next year for sure. Walkable to the beach and park and cute dinings spots. Only note for parents with littles- the train is very close and very loud! Bring a sound machine if you have light sleepers."

"The place was great for what we needed. We knew we wouldn’t be needing to prepare meals, basically just a place to sleep and shower. I forgot my hairdryer and none there but that was my fault. Appreciated the K-cup coffee maker and mini fridge."

"This property is fabulous! We had a great time and could not have been better treated by the host.There are so many things to do and enjoy in and around the house that are mentioned in the listing. But there were many other things that came as a bonus. Just sitting on the front porch and listening to the loons throughout the day was so rewarding. But when we saw an eagle fly overhead and then an osprey pick up a fish right in front of the dock, that really was amazing.Inside the house, there were fun media items like a karaoke machine and Bluetooth speakers everywhere. Plus several TVs – in fact, one in nearly every room.The owner helped to clarify some confusion about the sleeping locations. . And we found that the rooms are fairly noise proof if someone has to go to bed early.An extremely well stocked kitchen made for easy food preparation. And there were multiple places to dine, visit, or just sit quietly.Our crew hopes to return again next year.A real find!"

"As always the home was excellent. It might be nice to have a hand held vacuum, as the knots get heavy during night time (to be expected) and the sliding doors and screen doors get harder to slide easily. We did sweep them but they are there again the next day. Vacuum may help. We had an issue with dryer, but Frank was on top of it and it was resolved. Very relaxing and lots of fun for our family and friends. Thank you Frank, hopefully will be back next year (our fourth year)"

"Check in was easy. Cottage was immaculately clean, Would like to have seen an easy chair, but the ease of parking next to the cottage and the quick response from owners concerning the thermostat (dead battery) rather mitigates that small complaint. The location made it very quick and easy to get to the lakes for fishing."
