"We had to call 3 times to get our room cleaned, when we complained they said they only clean every 3rd day. They should have told us that at check in. We even spoke with the manager. I had to call again for clean towels and coffee. NOT once did they vacuum our room and our trash was over flowing and they finally emptied it the day before we left . We spent 5 nights there and it was the worst experience ever. We talked with the hotel manager and housekeeper manager and your staff is only as good as they are. They don’t care and it shows in the staff"

"This was a great stay! The property was beautiful and well kept, the living space was neat and decorated with nice touches, Anne and Dave were welcoming and very gracious. Murphy the greeting committee (furry property member) was on top of his game making sure the new arrival was checked out and great fun watching him chase the tennis ball. :) The brownies were super yummy and of course, like the other guests, I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! Thanks so much for a super week!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this home while visiting Spokane for a graduation. Although we didn’t have a lot of time to fully enjoy all of the amenities, the house itself was fantastic. It was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group of six so everyone could spread out and relax.Our granddaughter especially loved the arcade room and air hockey table, which was a big hit during our downtime. The location was also very convenient; it was only about a 20-minute drive to downtown Spokane.Rick was a wonderful host. He was very accommodating, stayed in contact throughout the booking process, and was always quick to respond whenever I had a question. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this home to others visiting the area."

"I absolutely loved my stay at Ruby Rustic Retreat. If you’re looking for peace, quiet, and beautiful scenery, this is a wonderful place to unplug and relax. The view was stunning, and the atmosphere was calm and restful the entire time.There is no running water, but I knew that going in and honestly didn’t mind at all. It actually felt like a really nice step up from SUV camping while still giving that rustic outdoor experience. For me, it was the perfect balance of comfort and simplicity.The retreat was clean, cozy, and exactly what I was hoping for. I would definitely stay again."
