"Cockroaches in the room, keycard only worked half the time, pool was closed, floor was sticking up in places, room was dirty, property was dirty, connected to a Denys restaurant. Wouldn’t stay here again if it was free."

The property is perfectly located, all the shops and restaurants in downtown Marietta are within walking distance. The property is clean and well-appointed, and Maxx was a great host.
