"This property exceeded our expectations: it features a beautiful interior with great craftsmanship, and welcoming patio areas with seating for outside dining or lounging along with a gorgeous hot tub (bonus: we were surrounded by hummingbirds!). We were within 30 minutes of great trails at Rocky Mountain National Park in one direction and Boulder in the other."

"I have been searching for the perfect cabin near Denver to “run away” to after a busy summer. I finally found it! Brookside will be my annual escape. You have provided for my every knee, including extra special touches. I was especially delighted to find the house slippers and chocolate cookies. My favorite thing is the hammock right beside the river – a dream come true! See you next year. You are very gracious hosts."

"The A-Frame is a truly unique place to stay. Retro and cozy on the beautiful St. Vrain River. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It's about 12 miles outside Lyons so be prepared."

"Beautiful, cozy little suite! It was absolutely perfect for my husbands and my romantic, second honeymoon. The hosts put so much thougt into this and it shows! There was a yummy (BIG) slice of blueberry cake and an array of snacks and breakfast-y type things were available; there was even a pint of half in the fridge. Soaking in the hot tub under the stars was lovely. It is in the perfect location to visit many beautiful areas. We visited RMNP/Estes Park, Idaho Springs, Mount Blue Sky, Lyons, Nederland and Lefthand Reservoir (4×4 road!) Jamestown itself is a darling little mountain community. They have a Mercantile Cafe that serves pizzas on Friday, brunch on Sundays; we attended both. The brunch entertainment was a mountain string band; so very Colorado! There are bears in the town; one just casually walked down the street one afternoon as we were heading back out. So cool! We would happily stay here again!"

"What a beautiful and spacious log cabin! We enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen, hanging out on the deck with views of the Rocky Mountains, sightings of bear, fox, turkey and a constant stream of hummingbirds! Rob was super welcoming and encouraged us to make ourselves at home. With bedrooms on three floors we were able to spread out. This was a teriffic gathering spot for our group of friends."

"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in Colorado! The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the location made it easy to relax and enjoy the gorgeous Colorado surroundings. The host was great with communication and was responsive whenever we had a question. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful Colorado getaway!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Miller Rock Cabin and would absolutely come back. The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing mountain getaway. The setting is hard to beat—being right along the river made mornings with coffee and evenings listening to the water incredibly peaceful.The location was perfect for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park while still feeling tucked away from the crowds. We loved coming back after a day of hiking and sightseeing to relax by the river and enjoy the quiet surroundings. It felt like a true Colorado mountain retreat.Check-in was easy, communication was great, and the cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic place to unwind while being close to RMNP, Miller Rock Cabin is an excellent choice. We made some great family memories here and would happily stay again."
