Kitchenette equipped w/large fridge/freezer, two burners for cooking, toaster oven, sink, kitchenware, dining table private bathroom, private living room, king bedroom, and queen floor mattress. 42 inch roku TV with multiple streaming services included. No pets, owner allergic. Extra guest over 2 people extra charge. Owner lives up stairs. Share front entrance, mild shared noise. I'm a p/t dad, accommodating, friendly, Canadian, communicative, no drama. Best for longer stays, quiet guests preferred. Large Bedroom with King bed, walk-in closet, and loveseat.
