Wonderful Inn. Perfect stay. BUT I had a sort of remote room on the second floor with no elevator and as a lady of a certain age it was a struggle getting my suitcase up and down. NO ONE offered assistance or let me know in advance. Very inconsiderate. Abrupt woman at checkin and not a word of welcome.

I have known about this property for many years. It had comfortable beds that seem to have been an upgrade. Other than that it could use a major upgrade considering the price, mainly summer pricing. The walls are so thin we could hear the snoring and full conversation from the other room.

Our stay was very quiet during the winter holidays. We liked being able to walk into town to eat and shop. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bed also had a very comfortable mattress!

The hotel is in a quiet setting and parking is easy. A very comfortable place. My wife and I will always return to the Southampton Inn!

I highly recommend the Southampton Inn. Best deal in the Hamptons. Breakfast was great and reasonable. We will only stay at the Southampton Inn while we’re in town!

Only things I didn't like was the bartender in the outdoor area. Very slow and didn't seem to care. Also, not a big deal, because we found it, but we left a toddlers floatie at the pool and called 15 minutes later when we realized in the car, and they said they would look... When we got back at night they said they didn't find it, so we were surprised someone would steal something like that. I bought a new one at the store across the street and the next day it was sitting to the side of the pool... So they found it, but didn't communicate with each other. Made me go across the street and made me overpay for a crappy version of a floatie. Annoying.

Good Afternoon Joshua: Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. I apologize for the inattentiveness of bartender and I will discuss this with the restaurant manager. For the lost and found item. My team never found the floaty but it is possible that another guest (or child of a guest) took or was using the floaty when we checked and left it when they were done with it or brought it back in the morning. If my team would have found it they would have kept it behind the front desk. Many of our guests leave behind pool toys for other guests to enjoy. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We hope you will visit us again.

Usually good First time ant on my towel in bathroom Woke up to any on my pillow 😡 Wish more towel available closer to pool area Chairs do fill up quickly

We had a wonderful stay. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and convenient parking. Can easily walk in town from the hotel and it is a short trip to the lovely Coopers beach as well. Great place to stay when visiting Southampton and definitely will be back.

Wouldn’t stay again
Sadly a very underwhelming experience. We arrived at 8pm to a very disinterested man on reception. Found our room after some looking, which was large and with a comfortable bed, but the carpet needed a good clean. Worst of all were the thin walls as we could hear the person snoring in the room next door, and heard every movement from the room upstairs.

Coffee in the morning USED to be complimentary - now they charge $4.00, and it is so just ok coffee. Not smart business - they have coffee maker in room, but it is not a good one at all -
