No issues with cleanliness. the water for tea in the morning tastes like coffee. it clearly came from the coffee machine and wasn't rinsed or cleaned.

Excellent hotel. Room was spacious and clean, hotel amenities were good (gym wasn't bad for a hotel gym, pool was nice, there's a basketball court), breakfast was included and nice. Overall very nice stay, though it was only overnight for me.

Lobby was clean and staff was helpful with check in despite our room being booked when hotel was full. Room appeared mostly clean but had a very strong smell of food/uncleaned carpets. Would not recommend staying here unless you are desperate (as we were). Best thing I can say about the room is the bathroom appeared very clean.

There was no water to shower after a long day. Water was restored in the morning so we did not have time to shower before checking out.

Stayed here multiple times and always enjoyed it. It's one of the few pet friendly hotels in the area when we visit family. I wish the per deposit wasn't so expensive, but they are very accommodating and the rooms are clean. I have stayed in other pet friendly hotels that stinks and smell like animals because they never get them clean. This one has never been an issue and my dog is comfortable here.

I was disappointed in the hotel. It was clean but needs updating. The couch was extremely uncomfortable and we found ourselves havinv to leave and drive around in our car. The breakfast selection is awful. Packaged sandwiches, frozen muffins left over from the week, reheated food from the day before. One day they had 3 packages of cereal. Their waffles come wrapped...not off a waffle maker. For the money i paid, which was over $1300 for 6 days, i was extremely disappointed. Ive stayed at cheaper hotels and had more comfort and much better breakfast.

Thankful for the extra space!
Our stay was fun! We liked having extra space and two rooms. It really makes a big difference when traveling with kids and more than 2 adults. Rooms and beds were clean and moderately comfortable. The pull out couch had a large stain on the under side (looked like blood) so I didn't want my kids sleeping on that. The pool was a big highlight for my kids but there was not enough towels which was a bit challenging. Overall we were happy with our stay and would return.

Customer service especially from the manager Sabrina and Ricky at front desk is superb! Both were very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was delectable! Fresh and hot and tasty. Just wasn't thrilled with the doors as they don't close right.

This is one of those hidden gems, convenient to the LI Ducks stadium and the Cohalan court complex. The rooms are spacious with a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances no less. Super complimentary breakfast and comfortable dining area. I would highly recommend staying here!
