Bad experience

The rooms are not very clean the toilet was broken and the air conditioner was making lot of noise

Patrick was great. We were go even another room even though our originals was sufficient. The fact I can you follow back and I don't think that I have a great way for a few years back and I don't think that I can be the same.

I feel sorry for the staff and mgmt they work really hard to satisfy their customers but I think ramada has other ideas about what customer service should be. And the bottom line is filling their rooms with whoever will pay. Whether it was me or the state. Too bad for the customer on vacation

I'm conflicted

I was visiting from out of state for 5 days and stayed at this hotel for Christmas. 1st off, they let us check in HOURS early: awesome. But when we got their they asked for a credit card to put a $50 hold on during out stay EVEN THOUGH we paid for the stay months in advance with a credit card online: not awesome. Parking and WiFi were free and the hotel was beautiful and spotless: great. However our first room's toilet wouldn't flush and the guy at the front desk had the audacity to give my boyfriend a plunger and a bucket to fix it himself: BIG NO NO! I had them give us a new room and the second room's shower drained so slow that your showers turned into baths: DISGUSTING. House keeping was polite & magical almost, they came in while we were gone & the room was spotless when we returned no matter how short of an amount of time we were gone. The front desk also allowed us to check out hours late which was really nice. I wouldn't stay here again just because showers are REALLY important to me but it could have just been two bad rooms so I wouldn't tell anyone else not to stay here. If that hasn't happened I would have had a perfect experience at this hotel.

Rugs are filthy, walls in rooms are dirty rundown

Staff are excellent. Pleasant friendly very nice. The cleaners work hard it's just the hotel is very run down. Lobby looks nice but very dingy and dirty as you walk through. This is a good place to crash at night just to sleep and get out. Don't look around. the sheets and bedding and even bathroom gets cleaned it's the rugs and walls that are really trashed. My stay was good but next time I will stay in a cleaner hotel.

Location was great right off the 495 rooms were clean though in need of renovations hotel staff were very pleasant. Restaurant on premises has a good variety of food and it was also good. Would stay again if on Long Island again

Thanksgiving 2015

Pros: Reasonable rates convenience.
Cons: It's very old and tired. It's clean but could be updated.
Location: Right off exit 63 of the LIE. Near lots of restaurants and shopping.
We arrived on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Te Staff was every accommodating and friendly. There was no staff on Thanksgiving to clean our rooms so the hotel gave us free breakfast at the Sonoma Grill located inside the hotel. The buffet was terrible. Eggs, toast and muffins, that's all. No Fruit, bacon or anything else!!! Do not eat there.

Very outdated hotel

Picked this hotel because they had onsite restaurant and I didn't have a rental car. The restaurant isn't open on Monday! People work on Monday and stay in hotels on Monday. The hotel is in dire need of remodeling and cleanup. Smell of "febreeze" deodorant throughout the hallways is never a good sign.
