Disgusting

Didn't even go to a room. The hotel smelled horribly, the environment was seedy, you could see there were some problems. The main floor guests had curtains wide open sitting in their rooms with no tops on. There were mattresses leaning against the window not on the bed frames.

Nothing Special At All

Pros: Sleeping and waking up to check out.
Checked in and when they took my credit card, he told me they would charge me $50 for "security". He spoke very broken English and I had to ask him to please repeat what he was saying more than once. I figured they just need my card in case we trashed the room (we are in our late 50's), but when I got home, the extra $50 remains as "pending". It's been 3 days now. They seem quick to put the extra $50 on, but are now taking their time removing it from my "pending" charges. Carpet had stains, light when you first walk in did not work, no fan in bathroom. Went to lobby to use the computer and it was out of order. No sign. I was fiddling around with it quite a while and then I was informed it's out of order when I asked the front desk why it wasn't working. No complimentary coffee, tea or water offered in lobby as in other hotels. I can see no reason I'd choose this hotel again.

Pros: Cleanliness and comfortability.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind at this time.
Location: Proximity to shopping, restaurants and entertainment is great.
Hotel staff were very courteous, attentive and professional. Check In and Check Out process was easy and quick. Staff were well versed in providing good customer service to its patrons. Job well done!

Worn out rooms

Hotel is built for short stay pleasures.needs to be renovated and cleaned it's a little creepy.Must change carpets in rooms. Looks like people had a rough time in those rooms.reminds me of an old episode of mannix or frank cannon.but I will say that the staff was very nice

Cons: Do not rent a room that requires cleaning.
Carpet in room was stained with pet stains. The cleaning staff could see that the carpet needed cleaning before releasing this room and they did not.

FRIENDLY HOTEL!

Pros: STAFF AND ADJACENT RESTAURANT
Cons: REMOVE MOLD FROM TUB IN ROOM 208. FIX THE SLOW DRAINING SINK.
Location: CONVENIENT TO HIGHWAYS
THIS HOTEL IS A LITTLE WORN AND THE THE BATHROOM HAD SMALL AMOUNT OF MOLD IN THE TUB GROUTING. BATHROOM SINK DRAINED TOO SLOWLY. ADJACENT RESTAURANT WAS VERY FRIENDLY, MODERATELY PRICED AND PRETTY GOOD. WHEN THE MANAGER REALIZED WE HAD COME FOR A FUNERAL THE NEXT MORNING HE GAVE US 2 FREE VOUCHERS FOR BREAKFAST....A VERY NICE THING TO DO.

It was an okay experience, the room had a bit of an odor to it, had to go through every channel of the tv (no guide), the staff was really accommodating and pleasurable! The door to the room did not feel so secure, the bathroom needs to be updated, especially the toilet.
