Headed out to Montauk for a quick trip and booked this hotel the last minute, was in perfect proximity to the beach, and to town to walk everywhere. Super clean and comfortable room. The guy that checked us in was very nice, would have totally stayed longer this hotel was perfect for what we needed.

Generally speaking it is a very nice place. I had a 1 bedroom unit, only disappointing thing was the very small microwave. I would have preferred a larger microwave.

Couples weekend
Enjoyed a couples trip. Room was perfect size for 2 although the bed could have been bigger but was comfortable. Room was extremely clean. Location was perfect, we were able to walk to town for food and shopping. Beach was beautiful and we loved that the hotel had umbrellas, chairs and beach towels available for use.

Love it here!
Stayed for 3 lovely days! Exceptional cleanliness. The room is pristine. Perfect location: just a tiny walk into town and just a few steps from the beach. The hotel also has towels, beach chairs and umbrellas for your use. Pool is really nice and refreshing and there are lots of tables around to have coffee or eat lunch.

Just what we were looking for. The property is so well maintained. Pool area is a hidden gem. Salt water heated pool. Across the street from the beach. Chairs and umbrella available free. Rooms are clean but small. Perfect for a couples. We will be back.

Clean Hotel, friendly staff and close proximity to the ocean. I really like that they had beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for guests to take. Joe and Sebastian could not have been more friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.

Room was cozy, bathroom was cute and very clean. The bed was not great but OK, didn't like the pillows. Room was right next to the ice machine so there was a lot of noise outside the room. Walls are thin so hear a lot from outside and other rooms. Location is fantastic, close to town and beach access. Overall, enjoyed the stay very much.

Perfect location, perfect everything. Joe at the front desk was exceptionally accommodating. Pillows could be a bit fluffier but that’s an opinion. We will definitely return.
