It took a long time to get the room warm, but once the room was warm everything was great.

Nice overnight room

Posted 11-Dec-2017
Perfect room for an overnight trip. The room was very clean. The pillows are very comfortable but the mattress was to stiff for my liking. The bathroom was impeccably clean. The fridge was the perfect size to store food. Room was small but a comfortable size for 2 people overnight. I only wished that the heater was turned on before we checked in as the room was very cold when we got there. But once I turned the heater on the room heated up quickly. Plenty of parking available.

Stay somewhere else.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything, especially the customer service.
Arrived at first at 1:00pm, but could not check in. The room apparently was not ready - hard to believe. Later when we arrived again at around 6:00pm I asked about coffee creamers for the room. Was told he did not have the key and could not guarantee they would have any at breakfast the next morning. Put NO effort into customer service. Breakfast was mostly bagels and cereal, nothing hot. The room smelled - not sure of what and we got used to it, but yuk! The room was spacious, but the accommodations overall were pretty poor, one star at best. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn, and certainly will next time!

The pictures on expedia ate fraudulent!

Posted 26-Nov-2017
The pictures depict a nice, friendly, clean hotel. When, in fact, it wad the complete opposite. We didn't stay for the fear of our safety. There were drug addicts roaming about as well as we witnessed a drug deal, and this was before 12 noon. In the eating area there write drug addicts nodding out. We were told there was no manager available til Monday, this was in saturday morning. The pictures also show a beautiful eating area. This area is actually a restaurant that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Not what I expected

Posted 25-Nov-2017
Room accommodations were lousy. Although staff on duty made satisfactory adjustments for me, the experience was enlightening and demonstrates the down side to online booking. The blame was laid at your feet.

Better than expected.

Posted 25-Nov-2017
When we first opened the door, the room felt musty. But after turning on the fan and heat for awhile, it was fine. The room seemed recently renovated - new paint, new rugs, clean furnishings. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. The room had a fridge, coffeemaker, safe, a desk and had plenty of drawers, and electrical outlets. The best were the two beds - the mattresses were firm and comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was basic. Our experience was positive.
