I understand that things can occasionally go wrong, but it is how you deal with them that matters. Checked into a clean and comfortable room after a long day and late flight, and went to sleep. Plans of sleeping late went sideways at 7:30 a.m. by sounds of flooding in bathroom. A call to the front desk informed me that the only maintenance worker was currently driving the shuttle bus, but she would send him by "as soon as he got back". A visit to the front desk made it clear that that was unacceptable, which upgraded the response to "I'll see what I can do". Someone did bring me some towels while water continued to flow onto the floor. At 8:00 my wife and I, along with our belongings sat in lobby watching people check out, but I was told housekeeping doesn't start until 9:00 and it takes 90 minutes to turn over a room. "Sorry, nothing else I can do". I contemplated sleeping on the couch in the lobby, but ultimately decided against it. Obviously a raised voice and a manager intervening moved up that time table, but their attitude totally sucked, start to finish. Stay elsewhere.
