Dirty rooms. Very unkept. Staff was very unfriendly. Not even able to make a single mole cut of coffee. We checked out the next day. Would NOT recommend!

We stayed here on 12/30/2023. The staff did an excellent job at accommodating my and my daughters needs. The gentleman who checked us in was great. The housekeeping staff also did a good job with having the rooms clean and ready for us, as guests. I would recommend solely based off the hotel staff.

Do not stay here.
The heating system was not working at all. When I informed the front desk he offered me extra blankets! What a stupid offer it was when the temperature was freezing. Anyways I had to argue to get a new room where the heat is working. Overall it was a horrible experience.

Do not stay here!!! Spend your money somewhere el!
The room was somewhat clean. The rest of the building was an absolute disaster. Water leaking from the roof in the halls. The washing machine and dryer will both rusted out and unusable. Paint bubbling of the walls for water damage. Ice machines absolutely disgusting.

The first room the heat was not working. They then changed our room and the tv remote and tv did not work properly. There was a large stain on the floor and when I went to the front desk to exchange my keys for the room change there was a cockroach on the counter.

not a great first impression
both the exterior ( facade , "landscaping" and parking) and interior common areas were dingy and not in good repair. The carpeting looked worn and dirty and the hallway lighting was very dim. The room was basically clean but again the carpeting was worn and gave the appearance of not being clean. The side chair also was not appearing clean. The plumbing in this building was quite noisy especially the toilets. Not only ours had a high pitched noise (both following flushing and other random times) but we could hear the same sound from other nearby rooms

The place was just dirty. I had to go get my pedicure flip flops from my car because I didn’t want to walk on the carpet and I threw them away. There was a big ass spider on the ceiling that I killed with some cleaning supplies that I bought. I had to clean the bathroom before I used it. The sheets were clean I guess but full of holes. I do not recommend this hotel…yucky!!!
