Comfortable bed and pillows, continental breakfast as expected, but there is a good diner across the street if you want a bigger breakfast. Warm and friendly staff.

Pros: See above
Cons: New appointments, enlarge bathroom if at all possible.
Location: Visited grandchildren in Melville
Staff was great, amenities good, breakfast very good. Room was a little shabby, bathroom tiny to the point of unusable.

Pros: It was clean and the staff friendly and it had a really good choice of breakfast items.
Cons: The sink stopper in our room was broken but we managed okay with that. We didn't even report it. I'm sure it would have been taken care of if we had
Location: The location was perfect for us. Shopping & food establishments near by & close enough to the event we were attending and not far from airport
We arrived early but the staff made it possible for us to go ahead and check in. We were thankful as we had been up since 4:00 A. M. and very much needed to clean up and change clothes before going to an event we had purchased tickets for.

Noisy Mexican Staff , Indecent kissing by 1 staff

Pros: Comfortable bed Delicious breakfast 70% of staff were warmth and courteous
Cons: Teach your 2 Male Mexican Staff to be quiet and minimize shouting when they are in front of a do not disturb sign. No public display of affection pls.
Location: Nice location, and easy access to nearby restaurants.
I stayed for 2 days, I needed a place to relax and most importantly review for my certification exam. I even requested the front desk staff to place my room in a corner where there is peace and quiet. Everything was doing well, front desk staff were very courteous and assisted me with my needs including the nice staff who prepared the hotel's breakfast and the the cleaning ladies of my room. The only negative about my experience with this hotel is that there was a female staff who was torridly kissing her boyfriend while at work in front of the information desk, most especially infant of customers. Too much public display of affection. Lastly, although a do not disturb sign was on my door knob, there were 2 Male Mexican staff who were painting the hotel's corridor and doing some floor repair were too noisy while they were talking to each other. They don't know how too observe customer courtesy, it seems they don't understand the meaning of the do not disturb sign in front of them. Only these 3 staff ruin my nice stay in this hotel but the rest of the staff were awesome.

I'd definitely stay here again. It's my second time staying at this hotel and both times I've encountered great staff. Easy to check-in and very accommodating with early check-in. The complimentary breakfast is great as well.

This hotel brought me the most negative feelings. The state of the rooms is terrible! You will behave feel filthy there. I could not wait to leave this place.

Wet Carpet in Room 209

The carpet in room 209 was damp between the bathroom and the bed the 2 days we were there. It could be from the bathroom, but I suspect it is coming up from below the floor. I reported it to the front desk, they said that someone would look into it, but I never heard anything. I would be concerned about mold in this room with the carpet constantly damp.
