"Parking was sufficient. Staff was friendly although it seemed they were short staffed. There was regularly a note at the front desk that they were gone doing laundry or other tasks. Towels were see through and we had to get more because 3 towels for 5 people wasn't going to cut it.
There was no bedding provided for the pullout couch and when we asked for some they didn't have any clean. Not a big deal we could wait. But when they gave us bedding there was no extra blankets just sheets.
The regular beds were the equivalent of sleeping on plywood.
The included breakfast consisted of bagels, toast, cereal. "

"I was charged an extra $20 at check in because they offered to move my daughters and I to an inside room 'because its much safer' than the outside rooms the truckers use.
The breakfast was disgusting and served in the night club attached to the hotel. It was definitely not clean.
The pool and hot tub were disgusting and I wouldn't even let my girls play in it because there was a layer of something on the top of the pool.
The room was moderate, but smelled bad. If it would have been more than an overnight stay I would have asked for a refund.
