There is a deck w/ patio furniture, gas grill, fire pit all in a large fenced yard. Beach and parking passes included. All this is just blocks from Seven Presidents Oceanfront Park & Beach & 1 mile from all the amenities at Pier Village!  
The space  
This home was fully renovated & modernized. This unit features 4 bedrooms w/ several sleeping arrangements, including a Master Suite. The open concept layout offers unhindered entertainment space. The large kitchen is flanked by the spacious living room & the inviting dining area. The stunning kitchen is as superbly functional as it is exquisitely beautiful. It features S.S. Appl, two sinks, abundant cabinets, extensive counter space & is adorned w/ gorgeous granite counters with complimenting backsplash & tasteful pendant lighting. The dining area opens to the elevated deck via sliding doors to perfectly connect the indoor & outdoor experience. The large fenced yard offers patio furniture, lounge chairs, gas grill, outdoor rinse shower and a stone fire pit for outdoor enjoyment. There is central A/C & forced heating, recessed lighting & hardwood floors throughout the home. There is also complimentary washer & dryer in the unit.
