Don't judge this hotel by its exterior. We liked everything about it. The rooms are quite small, but that's just part of the fun. Staff is great. Rooms are clean, modern, and stylish. WiFi connected quickly and worked perfectly. Costs $10 to park in the lot immediately to the north of the building. Continental breakfast included Keurig coffees, orange juice, tea, mini-muffins, apples, oranges, oatmeal, and danish. Bed was a little soft, if that's an issue for you.
A lovely time was had by my husband and myself aboard the Queen Mary. We only left it yesterday! She's an old lady so please don't look for all mod cons but by the same token she does possess electricity, running water and even wifi!
Went on a cruise did not have a good experience but staying at this hotel turned our vacation around completely. Hotel is caters to families even though it does not look like it would. My toddler loved the little Lego area in the lobby & loved the pool. My husband & I loved how huge the room was & the attentive staff. Perfect Long Beach location walking distance to everything !
Harbor view was nothing close to expected. I couldnt even see a speck of water to say the least. Carpet in the hallways were dirty and the roof patio was absolutely a mess!!!! Towels everywhere on the floor, food left out, and the pool's water looked merky. Overall this hyatt was a complete dissapointment!!!
We stayed here overnight and purchased a Stay & Cruise room. Very well worth the price since you get to park your vehicle at the hotel when you are on the cruise and their shuttle take you to the cruise terminal. All the staff were nice!
Arrived at hotel and was told I did not have a reservation. I showed the desk clerk a copy of the reservation that I received from Expedia and was given a room although I was told they were sold out. The room was very hot so we turned on the air conditioner and went to lunch. We got back to our room over an hour later and it was still very hot and after trying out 2 more rooms we were given one where the air conditioner worked well enough to cool the room. The office staff were very nice and helpful.

I wanted a weekend getaway with my hubby of 33 years. He is end stage renal disorder and a diseased heart. He just had his 3rd heart attack this past Sept. We are truly blessed to have him with us. I requested 2 beds since he has to hook up to a machine 9 hours a night. When I arrived to our room there was one king size bed...I immediately reached out and without hesitation was accommodated with a room that would suit us along with a view! It was nice and quiet, clean, awesome bed and pillows! I even enjoyed a bath in lavender crystals. It felt like a true vacation for the three days as we enjoyed the local sights and even took a trip on the Gondola. Also, dinner and breakfast buffet were awesome! When we are able to, we will be back. Thank you for making it extra special with Cider and strawberries!

I have stayed here many times. Its a nice hotel and offers nice pool and Jacque plus simple nice breakfast (used to have healthy boiled eggs missed now!)
Staff are really nice and helpful. Just can use better towels and bath soap. I recommend it strongly.
We stayed at this hotel 1 day before leaving on our cruise. it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. There is free bus service to shopping and downtown Long Beach. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. I especially loved the view from our balcony.
Long Beach, with its immense port, is a hub for commerce and leisure on the Pacific. Freighter ships haul imported goods, pleasure cruises depart for Catalina Island, and the Queen Mary, the storied trans-Atlantic liner, is moored in the city’s bay. The Aquarium of the Pacific is nearby. At night, downtown’s Pine Avenue strip and Belmont Shore’s Second Street are prime entertainment spots.
