BRAND NEW! Don't drive to the beach and have to struggle to find parking! Walk 300 paces and squish your toes in the soft, white sand! Your cozy, comfortable beach cottage awaits! This newly renovated, beautifully decorated apartment is VERY nicely appointed to make your stay feel like home away from home.

In this cozy VERY CLEAN apartment, you have all the amenities you need from a very comfortable queen bed, to nice linens, coffee maker, toaster own, microwave, and a full kitchen to enjoy a nice meal in.

You have your own private entrance. The apartment is part of a single family home, and is completely separate, private and quiet.

It's a 3 minute walk to the beach to walk on the boardwalk, rent a bike, or work on your tan. Enjoy the bustling shops and restaurants, and the thriving West End where there is always a party! Plus you have your own beach passes, and the beach supplies you need (chairs, umbrella, etc).

You get your own parking spot (a big deal around here). And if you don't have a car, it is a 15 minute walk to the train station, and easy access to Uber, Taxis, Bus, or the Long Beach Trolley (during the summer). JFK is 30 minutes, and Manhattan is a super easy 50 minute train ride.

All the amenities you need are close by - thriving shops, restaurants, grocery & the train to the city or to explore other great spots of Long Island. Festivals, concerts, farmers market - it's all here!

Charming, cozy bedroom beach apartment

Located two blocks from the beach boardwalk, this small apartment is well appointed and cozy. Besides the quiet location, I also like how comfortable the mattress is.

beautiful apt for 1 or 2, short walk to ocean&boardwalk

We had a wonderful week's vacation - lovely no-stairs apt, (in which every gizmo/appliance worked!), very clean, beautifully appointed, even with its own outdoor garden patio, and just a block off the Long Beach boardwalk. Beach passes for 2 people, parking spot off the street. An ideal spot for a great vacation!

We had a terrific almost week-long vacation, very near the boardwalk, and the ocean. Also, not far to so many restaurants. Kim, the host, answered our questions right away, all the appliances worked, and the apartment was beautiful. Altogether an A+ - we just loved it.

Terrific ground-level apt. for 1 or 2 - beautifully appointed, very comfortable, very clean, quiet, with parking spot - everything we needed for a week's vacation. And a great host. So glad we found it!

What a wonderful find !!! Blocks from our son’s new apartment, two blocks from the board walk & the beach. Peaceful quiet neighborhood & relaxing patio with beautiful potted flowers.... Everything furnished for a perfect beach trip in an upscale newly decorated one bedroom suite. Thank you Kim - you were an excellent hostess !!! Can’t wait to return 😍🥰🏖🏖🏖

Good location

Stay was good. We found information in the bathroom about a toilet/plumbing issue with a caution for the continuous running toilet. We were mindful of this and made sure nothing was left running during and prior to leaving the place. Host contacted us several hours after checkout and accused us of flooding the premises. We viewed cleaning personnel entering the home upon leaving. We responded to hosts accusation and requested a time to discuss further via phone. No further response from host was made. Never had this happen before.

A true gem

Beautiful apartment, where everything works! Just the right size for one or two people. The colors used evoke the beach, the sea. A great place to relax. And super clean. The apartment is very close to the 2-mile-long boardwalk. And Kim, the owner, is very quick to respond to questions one might have. Altogether a winner.

Sun, Sand & Ocean!

Perfect place to spend a little or a lot of time! The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated & has EVERYTHING you need to make you comfortable, including a lovely backyard. The host is delightful & very accommodating. The beach & a fabulous boardwalk are only 3 short blocks away & you can walk to everything.
