"The room was lovely and well-appointed. We enjoyed our stay and have plans to return. “Cons” to consider: There was too much furniture crammed into a small space. The closet area was half consumed by a coffee table that seemed to be stored there. There’s about 15” on either side of the bed, so you have to shimmy past. The mattress is overly soft and bounces excessively when turning over. The sink was fully stopped up and did not drain. Maintenance did come quickly to resolve it, but we had to wonder how did housekeeping not notice and have it repaired? The shower had a drip that left the floor wet, and the wood plank floors showed it’s been leaking for quite some time. There are also “body sprays” that don’t work, even a little. The shower head was very nice, and water pressure was good. All that said, the location is lovely, the staff was wonderful, the room was clean and absolutely beautiful. Any real problems were promptly and professionally handled. We absolutely will return."
