"helpful and clean"

"Upon arrival staff was friendly, during stay if needed anything they were helpful and nice. I loved that. Food was ok for breakfast. Was mainly eggs, sausage links, buscuit, gravy and dice potatoes. They had yogurt, cereal, oatmeal bar with spices like cinnamon to add. Had an automatic pancake maker that makes at a time. Coffee was very good. Machine ground and makes a fresh cup each time. Swimming pool was smaller but kids didn't mind it. They swam almost everyday. No hot tub. Per friendly, saw some well behaved dogs on property. Place was good overall. The only thing that bothered me was the peeling bathtub. I traveled with 4 small kids under 9 and toddler. Bath time used a lot and had to make sure my baby wouldn't try to eat the paint peels. The dryer was down so I had to cut my stay shorter on my last day to make time to go to laundromat to wash and dry dirty and wet clothes. For a family of 6 and 4 days, it was a lot of clothes and not fun hauling wet suits and towels. Overall stay was good. Nice and friendly staff is always a plus for me. Having good coffee is a plus!"

"I arrived close to midnight. The check-in was quick and easy. The area appeared to be decent. I was informed my room was at the back of the hotel and there is parking back there. I drove to the back and it was a whole different world, people living in their cars, shattered glass near one parking spot as if someone's window had been broken, one person rummaging through the back of their truck, next to a rundown RV, people walking around. "

"I am disappointed that this hotel is even located in the suburbs of Lone Tree. It smells of cat urine. There are cats and dogs pretty much in every room. You can hear them and it smells of pets. There is hair everywhere from the pets. There's tons of dust in our room. Shower curtain with dirt on it, shower with hair in it. Old outdated appliances. I am very disappointed that Expedia even gave this place. A good review I wouldn't have never picked this place if it wasn't for Expedia, saying it was good. So I'm questioning Expedia representation at this point. No gym,no pool only unhealthy grab n go breakfast items. Luke warm shower. Holes in window screens. Stains on white bath towels. Floor and walls with water damage present. "

"Our first room the shower head was broken and bed sheets had a lot of static! Staff was very quick and allowed us to change rooms. The second room had the same static issue with the sheets; we even heard fellow guest in the elevator complain about the static issue. This was not our first stay here, usually the breakfast is amazing...Not so much this time."

"Traveled with my husband and kids, it was In A very quiet and safe area and close to a lot of shopping. Room was spacious enough for all of us and clean. Kids enjoyed the pool. The Breakfast spread was very decent for a hotel continental breakfast, one of the best I’ve seen. (Not just your basic beagles and yogurt cups like most.) Will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. "
