The hotel staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to make us comfortable as we arrived a little early for the rooms to be ready. The room was comfortable and the omly very minor niggle was the shower had a curtain rather than a glass screen - curtains are not, in our opinion hygienic. The pub attached to the hotel serves good food and again, the service was excellent. The breakfast Buffett provided a good choice and the quality was good. Located just on the edge of the CBD it is a short, about 20 minute, walk in to town along the River Foyle which has an excellent board walk.

Nice hotel in good location with great staff

Posted 30-Aug-2016
Pros: Comfortable rooms. Great staff
Took my wheelchair bound uncle and auntie for a family reunion. Couldn't have asked for better service. All staff couldn't do enough to help us.

Pros: Great location within walking distance of town.
Location: Went on a walking tour of the Walled City area, Tour guide was very interesting and enjoyable. Guild house is beautiful. Derry is a great town.
Arrived about 11 p.m. after 4 hours at the hospital from a broken wrist. Front desk manager, was very nice and so helpful with our luggage, towels, room service etc.

Nice clean hotel

This place was a nice clean hotel. Rooms were big enough and clean. Nothing special about it, but nothing wrong with it either.

Hotel bien, sans plus. Loin du centre de la ville, correct pour une nuit.

Nice hotel But..

Posted 04-Jun-2016
Pros: Handy to most things, rooms comfortable.
Cons: noise from moving beer kegs etc from quite early in the morning - room on the opposite side of hotel would fix this.
Location: Short taxi ride from centre, also walkable if you arent wearing heels.
Everything about our stay was fine - only really a one night stopover before heading on our way - but in the morning when we were rushing to get ready we discovered no hot water and the water was a brown colour. This was rectified with reception after a few minutes - there was maintenance being done so they had turned the water off. Otherwise grand and good value at £55 through expedia.
