Only 1 closet. Biggest annoyance - you have to book the pool in advance. 30 minute time slots Positives: - Great location, 10 minute walk to Waterloo station and the Eye - Good bathroom. Nice comfy tub and great water pressure in the shower - Comfortable beds - Good in-hotel restaurants. Joel being higher end dining (we went, it was good) and ICHI, a sushi restaurant (we did not go). The hotel lounge Primo was fabulous for drinks, munchies and people watching - Natalia in the Joel restaurant and Maleeha and Hanan in the lounge provided us wonderful 5 star service - Rooms service was good quality food and delivered fairly fast. One of the best clubhouse sandwiches I’ve ever had.
