The staff are lovely. We stayed here to go to arena to watch a concert. So for location it is fab as literally a 5min walk. We paid £243 for 1 night. I do get that we are in London we were very lucky to get a parking space and breakfast. But the rooms are so dated. The bed was very uncomfortable was so hard paper thin pillows only 1 provided. Although we were lucky to be able to get another thin pillow each. Broken tiles patched up paintwork a back of someone earring on floor in bathroom. Wobbly toilet seat. For the amount they are charging they need to reinvest into the hotel.

You book this hotel for location. It’s very old and tired and needs updating. Our tv didn’t work but maintenance were really quick to attend and fix the issue. Shower gel was mostly empty and not been replaced.

I was disappointed with the state of the bed. The mattress had holes and hard. It was not comfortable at all. Cleanliness must improve.

Let’s just start by saying this was the worse looking building in a 2 mile radius. The pictures online don’t even come close to what it was in person. First glance at the bedroom was okay for the price but then after further investigating the bedsheets had brown and yellow stains, the pillows were a cheap rough uncomfortable material. The “TV” was a cheap screen about 22 inches looked more like a monitor and only had 5 channels all from the 90s. Now for the main event the bathroom, the toilet brush was covered in human feces and around it on the toilet floor there was brown water stains from the toilet brush which made me sick to my stomach. So overall this hotel is not worth buying unless you wanna sleep in filth like a rodent.

Nothing like the photos shown. This place is very unsafe and dirty. Some of the staff are rude. Would not recommend until the property revamped or reconstructed. It’s like construction site. Honestly won’t be going back.

Close to Wembley Arena - but this hotel eas being renivated outside so looked like a building site. Grubby in reception, and far far too expensive for the quality of accomodation/ There are places of equal cost nearby that are better value

Excellent location for Wembley and came with spacious family room… But overall hotel seemed very basic and tired; in need of some investment. Facilities were very basic in room… Tiny tv in room (suitable maybe for a caravan) and with only 4 channels, one of these had no sound! Could have ignored tv if WiFi was ok but this was very poor. Mentioned this to reception to check if was something we were doing but was told it was just like this when hotel was busy. Ok hotel for an overnight stay.

The room we had was so dirty, unkept, dated - we literally slept there and left, spending as little time in the room as possible. There is no cladding on the front of the building so it looks nothing like the photos, we were on the 8th floor. The windows were smeared with handprints and what looked like bogies wiped down them, the curtains were threadbare, the bathroom was filthy from the floor to the ceiling and god knows what was behind the bath taps. We found what looked like blood spots on the bedding. Couldn't wait to get home and shower. It was disgusting.

When we arrived we was took back by how bad the exterior looked compared to the pictures shown here, staff said on phone we could check in early which was not the case. Bath/shower had no hot water and duvet had minor stains on them. When we entered hotel around 11pm both people on reception where sleeping.

The property is very dated. Bed was so hard and pillows were flat, had to ask for extra pillows needed at least 3 each but only given 1 extra. Tv stations were limited. Housekeeping staff were very helpful.

Tired and desperately in need of a refurbishment for all areas above ground floor. Bathrooms contain old fixtures with cracked / broken tiles / patched up wooden fixtures. Bedroom contained two foldaway beds with scruffy /dirty mattresses as they had no covers / TV was no more than 18 inches, had 10 channels not including BBC1 / BBC2, unrestricted view to a porn channel. Would not recommend to anyone given the availability of newer modern hotels in the area.

It was okay but needs a refurbishment in my opinion. Tv controller wasnt working well had an issue with the battery spring (no back was on controller) wifi wouldnt work, staff said they would reset it but it still didnt work. Was spilt drinks in lift, lifts were tiny. Didnt use the bath/shower as tub was peeling and put me off. Fine for one night.

The hotel is dilapidated, the room was dirty and the staff were rude. Be careful with the parking as they tried to charge me £15 for staying in the carpark 3 hours beyond my check out time despite there being no signage that this was a policy.

Very bad experience, stayed one night with family, heaters wasn't working no help from hotel staff as i have been told that's the highest temperature that could do, room temperature was 5c, both my under 5 years old kids were shivering whole night until we realised it was too late to get the another hotel
