Close to many tourist attraction places. The price is reasonable and the hotel staff are courteous.

Perfect location. We walked to all the sites. Did not use transit at all.

Anniversary trip to London.

Posted 22-Aug-2016
Pros: Comfort and luxury.
Cons: Air con.
Location: Very convenient for theatres and Covent Garden.
Booked an executive room, large comfy bed, clean room with lovely touches such as coffee machine and toiletries. Upgraded breakfast meant we were served our food which was a lovely touch.

Tiny Room, Poorly Ventilated!

Posted 21-Aug-2016
Pros: Geat Location
Cons: Room size--ventilation.
The ventilation system was a fan! No air-conditioning. London might not usually need but on some days, my room was stuffy and it was uncomfortable.

Perfect location

The location of the hotel is perfect, next to the main touristic attractions and some cute neighbourhoods. The stuff was polite, nice, and helpful. I for sure would come back again to this hotel.

Best location in London, very close to Covent Garden station which you can take the underground straight to airport, nice staff, but unfortunately the rooms are small.

Good central London hotel

Posted 20-Aug-2016
Good access to all major attractions . Had a problem with both assigned rooms ( plumbing and a stuck window ) and this was dealt with swiftly and efficiently and we were upgraded . Good breakfast value for money . Doormen very good at getting taxis ! Downside had to put do not disturb signs on otherwise House keeping were knocking and entering almost immediately before 8am 🙁

Good location for London visitors.

Posted 17-Aug-2016
Pros: Great location - within walking distance of Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and theatres.
Cons: No - good value for money.
Location: Walk to St Paul's and across the river to Tate Modern or down to Trafalgar Square, art galleries and Theatre land. Superb.
Always enjoy this hotel. Room rather small for a double but perfectly ok and breakfast excellent.
