Once frequented by Winston Churchill, Savoy Grill now serves classic dishes by Gordon Ramsay, while Simpson's-on-the-Strand highlights seasonal local ingredients in classic English fare. Guests can relax with cocktails in the famed American Bar or Beaufort Bar, which was built on the original cabaret stage and offers champagne by the glass. Traditional afternoon tea is served below the Thames Foyer's re-created glass-domed ceiling.

The glass-enclosed fitness center offers cardio machines with flat-screen TVs, and a rooftop swimming pool—rare in London—receives natural daylight from the atrium above. Savoy Grill - Historic fine-dining restaurant with original 1920s Art Deco lighting, wood paneling, and antique mirrors. British grill menu by Gordon Ramsay features local produce. Open daily for lunch and dinner.

The American Bar - American barman Harry Craddock is reputed to have invented the Dry Martini in this bar in the 1920s. Serves traditional cocktails, new creations, re-envisioned classics, and tribute cocktails that pay homage to the bar's previous legendary bartenders. Live piano music nightly.

Thames Foyer - Elegant space where Noel Coward performed, Caruso sang, and Pavlova danced in Cabaret. Features a glass cupola to provide natural daylight, as well as a winter garden gazebo where the hotel pianist plays. Open daily for breakfast, light lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner.

Kaspar's Seafood Bar & Grill - An informal yet luxury all-day dining experience in an elegant Twenties-style setting. Definitely the place to be in town.

Simpson's-in-the-Strand - This fine-dining restaurant serves English classics like potted shrimp and steak and kidney pie. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Beaufort Bar - Art-Deco inspired setting with an onyx leather bar that stands on the hotel’s former cabaret stage. Extensive selection of Champagne by the glass and both classic and modern cocktails.
