This isn’t the flashest hotel in London. But it’s brilliant at what it does. Very friendly and helpful staff. Superb location a short walk from the Tube and perfectly decent accommodation. Good conference facilities with a really good lunch. Can’t fault it.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel it was really central for everything and easy to get around to places. The breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from and the room was adequate for our weekend stay

So clise t st psncras . And not to far a walk to areas i wanted to be in. Only set back was not enough plug sockets to charge 3 phones in a room for 3 Only 2 plugs. Had t unplug to.to charge 3rd phone. Not enough channels on tv. Horrid coffee at breakfast.

The subway was literally around the corner, 3 minutes walk. That line connected to the rest of others throughout London. Across the street were 2 convenience stores that had it all. There was also a Chinese restaurant and pizzeria less than 50 yards away for a quick meal. The area was quiet and safe. The hotel is huge. Rooms and bathroom are clean and spacious. Staff was helpful.

Staff were friendly, beds very comfortable, plenty of good food and all close to central London. We didn't realise how big the hotel is so there were a lot more people than we expected. Otherwise, a good hotel and we would recommend it

This is a massive hotel with over 1,000 rooms! It’s very utilitarian and feels like a giant hostel. Our room appeared recently refurbished, but so simple, however our hallways were old and had a musty odor.

We stayed here from 11th Dec to 14th Dec 2023. The hotel was nice and cosy. Hotel staff is friendly too. However we find the room space a little bit squeezy for the 3 of us. Other than that, all good.

It is a nice hotel near traffic lines (busses, tube) and near the British museum The labirint of reaching the room was complicated as the romm was in the middle of the hotel and no fast simple way to reach (5059) Breakfast needs some daily changes. Group booking fiasco where even though 3 rooms were paid for in full, the next day when attempting to check out, were asked to pay again! Then received a very patronising email to state your 'disappointment' when one of the guests walked out knowing his room had been paid for. How can that happen when everything is on your computer? Needs a serious refurb, rooms are musty and the windows need replacing. I was at the front of the hotel around the square and was woken at 3am to music blaring. Awful, truly awful

I stayed at this property for its proximity to university college London when I was attending a conference I stayed on the 4th floor. The carpet in the hallway is frayed ( which can cause an accident ) I had to request an iron and ironing board The breakfast is very standard and the same every morning. It would nice to have a fresh omelet station More fresh fruits. Minimal toilet amenities in the guest room. No body lotion Checkin was long and not smooth. Checkout was easy and good The property is in a great location but need some upgrades 3 stars

Catfish of a hotel. It seems this place is a former university dormitory turned hotel. If you read the google reviews, you will see others have complained about how a good photographer and some lighting can make garbage look flashy. The room was old and outdated. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and felt like the mattresses had not been changed in decades. The bathrooms were the worst part. They were so tight that there was a finger width space between door closing and it hitting the toilet (you'll see there's no pictures of this angle from the hotel). The showerhead (again no pictures) was like using a hose to shower and the cleanliness could not have been worse. The WiFi would disconnect more than it would be connected. Any Travelodge or Premier Inn is 100x better than this place - that says a lot. When we confronted about our issues, the front staff said they can't help us because the hotel is sold out (which was not only irrelevant but also not true). Would not recommend staying here!

It’s a 3 star hotel, so you get what you pay for. That being said all the staff were super helpful and made it their business to make sure you enjoyed the stay. The room was a bit small, walls were a bit thin, and the noise of police sirens in a metropolitan area on a Main Street could drive you nuts, but it’s not all but. Hotel is in a prime spot for public transportation, food, and things to do. Everything is walkable or again easy to do research and hop on the nearest bus or train. I would stay here again, but I would probably upgrade the accommodation. I had a twin bed setup.

This hotel is in an excellent location, near Euston station and Russel Square tube station. Hotel itself is very nice, our room was spacious with king size bed which was comfortable, room not so quiet as on the main road side. Breakfast was good, very organised for seating and buffet service, food hot and tasty

Great location but terrible reception manager! You have check out at 11am but cleaners knock from 5.30 am or just walk into room!!! 4 times they walked into mine as I am deaf so didn’t hear knocking, so incredibly rude? So no lay in!! May as well be a 6am check out! Manager on reception didn’t care and just stated that it was routine and shrugged her shoulders when mentioned. Also heating broken. I wouldn’t use here again
