Very convenient for us as we went to see a show at Royal Albert Hall. Very nice area. The hotel is clean and the staff helpful and polite.
The down side was car parking. We would normally of trained to the are area but my partner had not long had a knee joint replacement so we drove down, obviously I had to park some distance away from the hotel, although I was able to drop my partner off at the hotel. The car park I used was safe but 10 to 15 minutes walk away and it cost £50 to park overnight. I realise it’s London but would help to have some sort of deal with use to a car park.
We got the room at a really good price so I’m grateful for that. We both enjoyed our stay and would stay there again as well as recommend to anyone. Really nice staff.

We had two rooms and both were very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful! We will stay here again. Recommend this hotel for families and couples! Breakfast was fantastic!!
Had a good stay at this property. My partner and I were visiting a show at the royal Albert hall and the location was great for this. The room was newly renovated and very nice and clean. We also received a free room upgrade which was very appreciated. The only issue was on arrival. I struggled to understand the person on the front desk (I am English so should not be an issue in an English hotel). Then, the battery had died on the door card reader so we had to stand in the narrow hallway for 15 minutes whilst they looked for someone to fix it. Perhaps offering us to wait in the bar would have been a better option. I would have rated 4.5 stars if this were an option as the hotel itself was great, just could have done without the little hiccups on check in after a long day of travelling.
Unfortunately the hotel is undergoing renovations and even at 11.30 at night there was obviously work going on overhead of our room! Sounded like carpet laying? Guests should be warned about possible noise. Good hotel though, brilliantly located for our needs.
We love the fact that there are 3 single beds quite rare to find in a hotel.
The only thing I didn’t like was the fact I had to let them take £50 off my credit card incase we had any extras? You should be charged at end not up front as I certainly would not have used £50 in extras!

A really good, decent hotel. Couldn’t fault anything. Decent sized room (especially considering the area. Good service, great food (and beer!). Amazing breakfast too. You won’t go wrong booking for this hotel

A very comfortable and spacious triple bedroom. My only criticism of the room is that there were no mirrors, apart from in the bathroom. I have verbally made this comment to the hotel reception staff.

Being a manager in a five star hotel I spend everyday looking for area which need improving, in my stay at the Queens gate hotel I found everything done well, the staff were pleasant and helpful the service was good the cleanliness was very good. At no point was there any dissatisfaction with the hotel’s service.
A wonderful stay and I would and will recommend others to use this hotel when travelling to London.

Beautiful location and hotel. Staff very helpful. Unfortunately there was building work that was about the fourth floor whichbwoje is up and limited the peace and quiet. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. Otherwise a great stay and would stay again.

Our room was very worn looking. Peeling wallpaper, chipped laminate flooring, beds creak when you sit down or roll over in the night. We had mildew in the shower, dirty doorframes, etc. The location was good but the room was not.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the love and care from the Queen's Gate Hotel team and their professional service that made our 5-day stay impeccable. All the staff were very accommodating to our needs after learning that we were in town for pre-wedding photoshoots. We could not thank May enough who tried her very best at arranging the most comfortable room for us, and making sure the in-room facilities were up to standard. She treated us with such a kind heart and was willing to go the extra mile. She even surprised us with a beautiful bouquet! Everyone we met at the hotel was always wearing a big smile :) We had some of the best memories in London and will definitely come back when we are in town again. Thank you everyone!
