The Ground Floor Step into the tastefully designed living area, you will find two luxurious sofa\`s, a 50\` smart television concealed by an eye-catching piece of art featuring a variety of sports, children\`s and movie packages, as well as a record player stocked with a wide range of records. The handmade kitchen has been newly revamped especially for a household who relish hosting get-togethers. It\`s a given that cooking is the first step to entertaining guests - am I right, Chef? The kitchen is fully loaded with chef\`s knives, pots, pans and cooking equipment, which include 2 sinks, a bespoke teppanyaki strength extractor fan, 4x gaggenau fridges, 2 normal fridges, 1 wine fridge and one freezer.
